DROP OFF INSTRUCTIONS

PLEASE NOTE: The system will go offline THURSDAY APRIL 15, at 11:00pm at this point you will no longer be able to enter items into your inventory. You may print tags after this deadline, but you will not be able to enter more items or change any of your tags.
WHAT TO BRING
1. All your items - clean, tagged and in working order. Please have your clothing items sorted by gender and size. It is helpful to rubber band sizes together at the top of the hangers. All hangers must face left. If items are not hung properly, you will be asked to step to the side and re-hang your items.
*Double check all tags for accuracy. Every item must have a tag with a clearly printed barcode and unique item number.
2. Your signed consignor agreement. You can print this from theCONSIGNOR HQ page of our website. Please read carefully before signing. Should you forget this, we will have extras at the sale.
3. A business letter size envelope. No large manilla envelopes or note card envelopes please! Write your name centered in the middle and your consignor number on the upper left-hand corner of the envelope.
4. If you are planning on picking up your unsold items, please plan to bring a large Rubbermaid type bin or two with your account marked on it in at least two locations, that you can leave with us.
DROPPING OFF YOUR ITEMS
After your items are inspected and okayed, you will be asked to take your items to the proper racks and tables. Please allow 15-30 minutes to complete the drop off process. If you have over 250 items or need to assemble anything, it will take a little longer, so plan accordingly. If you have items that need to be assembled, please be prepared to do so, or bring them already assembled.
If you have large items and need to make more than one trip, please choose the time when you will drop off your first and biggest load. Please do not schedule another appointment for your second load. Just come when you can and we will fit you in as quickly as possible. Try to coordinate the second trip to bring only a few remaining items and you should be in and out pretty quickly.
Please understand that some items may be rejected that fail to meet BKG standards. We will give you a reason when we return them to you and you can take them home right then, please don't be offended. If we happen to overlook a stain or damaged item during drop off and then discover it later during the course of the sale, we reserve the right to pull your item from the racks and either donate it or put it in the return pile immediately.
If some of your items are not immediately accepted, you will be given the opportunity to re-hang clothes, clean toys or equipment, re-attach tags, etc. You can avoid this delay by properly following the instructions for Preparing and Tagging your items at home.
